Fastskins
Speedo Fastskin has been developed using biomimetics: the extraction of good design from nature. Fastskin fabric is based on a sharks skin. Through a combination of fabric panels and unique seaming Fastskin increases co-ordination of muscles. Fastskin moulds to the body like a second skin. Athlete passive drage tests show Fastskin (full body) is 7.5% faster than all suits tested. Fabric test show Fastskin has a 3% lower surface resistance than Speedo Aquablade.
